The Mission of Community Care is to initiate change in the community, to foster a spirit of support, encouragement, and gratitude for seniors and disabled citizens in the community and to bridge the gap between the youth and seniors in the community.

Community Service Objectives & Purpose
Community Care provides volunteer lawn care and garden services for elderly and disabled as well as citizens who cannot perform the services for themselves and/or cannot afford to pay for the service otherwise.
Community Care provides volunteer home repair services for small projects for the elderly and disabled citizens in Harnett County who cannot afford to pay for the service otherwise.
Community Care provides cleaning services, regular visits, and companionship for elderly and disabled citizens in the community as well as small gifts in kind and tokens of appreciation.
Community Care provides transportation for elderly and disabled citizens in the community.
Community Care provides opportunities for teens and adults to volunteer in the community and to engage in activities for the elderly and disabled citizens initiating change in the community.
Community Care provides financial assistance in the form of scholarship for the teen volunteers in the program who graduate from high school and attend an institution of higher learning within two years after graduation.
To maximize our impact on current efforts, we seek to collaborate with non-profit organizations which fall under the 501(c)(3) section of the internal revenue code operated exclusively for educational, religious, and charitable purposes.
