The mission of Community Care is to strengthen and uplift communities through dedicated and meaningful service.
We are committed to cultivating a spirit of love, hope, and unity in the community while fostering collaboration that unites individuals of all walks of life in pursuit of the common good.
Community Care Outreach Mission operates exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, to the corresponding section of any future Federal tax code.
Community Care Outreach Mission is designated as a community service organization.

Community Service Objectives & Purpose
Community Care provides volunteer lawn care and garden services for the elderly as well as citizens who cannot perform the services for themselves and/or cannot afford to pay for the service otherwise.
Community Care provides volunteer home repair services for small projects for the elderly citizens in Harnett County who cannot afford to pay for the service otherwise.
Community Care provides cleaning services, regular visits, and companionship for the elderly citizens in the community as well as small gifts in kind and tokens of appreciation.
To maximize our impact on current efforts, we seek to collaborate with non-profit organizations which fall under the 501(c)(3) section of the internal revenue code operated exclusively for educational, religious, and charitable purposes.
