Mentorship

Men In Education

The National Harnett High School Alumni Association, Inc. recognizes the dire need for positive role models and mentors in the Harnett County community and therefore has established a new mentoring initiative called Men in Education. Men in Education allows for successful, positive men in the Harnett County community to serve as mentors to the youth in the community.

The program is three-fold as follows:
-Mentoring in the Schools
-Mentoring in the Community
-Boy Scouts

Why We Are Here

“We are here to implement the vision of our Alumni Association and all of those who have a passion for service and cultivating our youth. This vision entails being role models and mentors for our young boys and girls and helping them to build their future. As adults, we understand what it takes to be successful and we understand the impact we can have on the next generation. This is an opportunity to leave an impact for life!

We embark on this journey of service. We will serve our young boys and girls in a manner that will leave a lasting impression within our community and encourage others to become active within their own communities as well. We will serve our young boys and girls in a manner that will make our founders proud!!”
